Smart Art Return and Refund Policy

At Smart Art, we strive to provide the highest quality training and products to our valued customers. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product or request a refund for a service. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process for all our clients.

Return Policy for Physical Products

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards
  1. Return Process:
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@smartart.ps with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Policy for Training Services

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
  • Refunds for training services are available within 14 days of the start of the training program.
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to info@smartart.ps with the reason for the refund.
  1. Refund Process:
  • Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
  1. Partial Refunds:
  • Partial refunds may be granted for services where a portion of the training has been completed and utilized.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@smartart.ps with your order number and details of the defect or damage.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@smartrt.ps.
